Terms & Conditions for Optional Services

(Early Check-in, Late Check-out & Additional Cleaning)

These terms apply to any optional services purchased for your stay at Mourne Seaside House. By purchasing any of these services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Services Offered

Optional services may include:

    • Early check-in

    • Late check-out

    • Additional or mid-stay cleaning

All services are provided subject to availability and operational requirements.

3. Booking & Payment

All optional services must be paid for in advance and are only confirmed once payment has been received.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a request if the service cannot be accommodated.

4. Availability

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and depend on factors such as:

    • Same-day departures or arrivals

    • Cleaning schedules

    • Operational constraints

We will always do our best to accommodate requests, but confirmation will only be provided once availability is known.

5. Service Conditions

    • Early check-in allows access to the property from an agreed earlier time than standard check-in.

    • Late check-out allows guests to remain in the property until an agreed later time than standard check-out.

    • Additional cleaning includes agreed cleaning services during or after your stay.

All agreed times will be confirmed in advance. Guests must vacate the property promptly at the agreed check-out time unless otherwise arranged.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

    • If we are unable to provide a service due to operational reasons, a full refund will be issued.

    • If a guest cancels a service, refunds may not be provided, particularly where short notice prevents us from reallocating the time.

    • Once an early check-in or late check-out has been confirmed and scheduled, it is generally non-refundable.

We will always aim to be fair and reasonable in any situation.

7. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

    • Treat the property with care and respect

    • Leave the property in a reasonable condition

Additional cleaning charges may apply if the property requires significantly more cleaning than expected.

Optional services do not override any house rules.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any inconvenience caused where a service cannot be provided due to circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:

    • Delays in cleaning

    • Late departure of previous guests

    • Maintenance or unforeseen issues

Our responsibility is limited to the refund of the service fee where applicable.

9. Privacy

Any personal information provided will only be used in connection with your stay and the services requested.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland / United Kingdom.
